Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the ExPouch mobile app (the “App”) and expouch.com (the “Site”), together the “Services”. ExPouch (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the Services. By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You can contact us at [email protected].

Who May Use ExPouch

You must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. ExPouch is intended for adults who already use nicotine pouches. We do not sell or supply nicotine products.

What the Services Provide

ExPouch helps you log pouch use, set goals, follow a reduction plan, and view estimates about your usage and progress. Plans, limits, exposure estimates, and savings figures depend on the information you enter and are illustrative. We do not promise a particular result or that you will reduce or stop using nicotine.

ExPouch is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have questions about nicotine dependence, withdrawal, or your health, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

Subscriptions and App Store Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are currently purchased through Apple's App Store. The price, billing period, and any free-trial terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. An auto-renewing subscription continues until you cancel it. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Apple handles billing. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. If you want a refund for an App Store purchase, you can request one from Apple. Refunds and other consumer rights remain subject to applicable law.

Your Use and Information

Use the Services lawfully and do not interfere with their operation, try to access another person's data, or misuse their security features. You remain responsible for the information you enter and for keeping access to your device or account secure. The Services do not currently offer public posts or profiles. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Ownership and Third-Party Names

ExPouch and its licensors retain their rights in the Services, including the software, design, content, and ExPouch branding. Your download and use of the App are also subject to the applicable app store's usage rules. Names and trademarks of nicotine pouch brands belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and does not imply that they endorse or are affiliated with ExPouch.

Availability, Updates, and Access

We may update the Services, change features, or stop providing a feature. Some functions require an internet connection or a supported device and operating system. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where practicable, we will give notice of material changes that affect your use of the Services.

We may restrict access if you seriously violate these Terms, misuse the Services, create a security risk, or if the law requires it. You may stop using the Services at any time; if you have a subscription, cancel it through the App Store to prevent future renewals.

Liability and Consumer Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ExPouch is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, or for outcomes based on estimates or information you enter. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms here with a new date and give additional notice when required by law. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
